A month of new hires at The Marketing Practice

We were delighted to welcome four new members of the team in September, responding to increased demand from existing clients as well as a new wins in 2008.

Tracy James has joined us as Director of Business Intelligence. She brings over 20 years experience of leading and motivating Customer Service Teams, previously at Zurich, Capita Life & Pensions, and Dun & Bradstreet. At Capita, Tracy managed Claims teams through the transition from Zurich to Capita Life & Pensions, meeting challenging SLAs, managing change and delivering service excellence – as well as playing a leading role in Capita’s new business acquisitions with Zurich acting as a reference site.

Sara Weekes and James Messenger both join as a Business Intelligence Executives. Sara has spent the last five years working for security vendor Sophos, while James has a background in financial services.

The month’s final hire is Susie Logan, who joins as a Client Services Manager having run a marketing team at Bank of Ireland.
