Boneshaker 2007: This time it’s personal

Cries of “It’s for charity!” went unheeded and the competitive spirit took over as the annual boneshaker duathlon came to Ardington, our neighbouring village. Sponsored by The Marketing Practice, the Boneshaker is a gruelling combination of two 5k runs separated by a 20k cycle across the Ridgeway.

We also entered eight teams, all of whom put in a sterling effort (although a sterling effort on the day by some turned out to be no match for 12 month’s training by others).
