The Marketing Practice produces Chordiant "Customer Experience Management" Summit at The London Stock Exchange
On April 19th, TMP produced the first ever Chordiant (NASDAQ:CHRD) Customer Experience Management Summit at the London Stock Exchange. Centered around the emerging theme of helping large brand companies drive a superior customer experience, the event was the culmination of several months of marketing communications activity and planning. The Chordiant CEM Summit made a strong impact in the market, attracting leading speakers and attendees from industry, research, consulting, and academia. The event concept was proposed, created and managed by The Marketing Practice, and through an integrated online and offline campaign, brought together key prospects, customers, press and analysts.
In addition to compelling business content, the event was designed to be an experience in itself, featuring roving cartoonists and videographers, as well as event “survival” packs with aromatherapy kits, snacks and back massagers.
“Well-managed, cohesive events with strong topical content that are delivered with flair can deliver a fantastic return.” said Clive McNamara, Managing Director of The Marketing Practice. “Chordiant has seen increased customer and sales opportunities from this CEM Summit, and the strong messages surrounding the event had a positive customer and market impact. Analysts that attended the Summit mentioned the event provided positive and favourable insights into Chordiant customer implementations, as well as the academia’s perspectives and the glimpses of the future. It’s proof that producing strategic, event-based marketing moves you face to face with the customer, and can affect the wider perception of your organisation.”
Rob Walker, Vice President, Marketing at Chordiant commented, “Our April Customer Experience Management Summit was a real triumph. With The Marketing Practice we saw that we had the chance to own the CEM space in our market, and they proposed a compelling event and delivered on this promise. The end result is a great one for Chordiant – our best customers and prospects (as well as press, investors and analysts) hearing from us, and a range of partners and experts. There is plenty of immediate follow-up activity for us, as well as the wider benefits we’re already seeing of establishing our place in the market.”
