Paul Niblock:Head of Creative ServicesBefore joining The Marketing Practice, Paul was a copywriter and director of a B2B marketing agency specialising in the IT, manufacturing and petrochemical industries. When he's not playing golf (badly), he helps the creative team to deliver outstanding work before hopefully retiring with them to the local to discuss the finer qualities of London Pride.
Tracy James:Director of Business Intelligence GroupTracy joined The Marketing Practice to lead our Business Intelligence offering. She brings over 20 years experience of leading and motivating Customer Service Teams, previously at Zurich, Capita Life & Pensions, and Dun & Bradstreet. At Capita, Tracy managed Claims teams through the transition from Zurich to Capita Life & Pensions, meeting challenging SLAs, managing change and delivering service excellence as well as playing a leading role in Capita's new business acquisitions with Zurich acting as a reference site. Over this time, Tracy's team were nominated for National Customer Service Awards Team of the Year. When not at work, Tracy spends her time with her two lovely daughters, and loves musical theatre.
Melanie Nettleship:Finance DirectorMelanie came to The Marketing Practice in April 2009 with a proven track record and has over 10 years' operational experience working in financial management and business administration. After deciding on a career move into the Finance profession in 2004, Melanie was fast-tracked to the role of Financial Director by 2007. The challenge of working for a fast-growing company in a new industry tempted her to The Marketing Practice. When away from the office, Melanie enjoys keeping fit, cookery and unwinding in the local pubs.

Anna Hutton:Director of Client ServicesAnna has over 10 years' experience working with technology brands to help drive sales and influence opinion. Most recently as general manager London at LEWIS PR, she managed five account servicing teams and developed media strategy for clients including Citrix, Avanade and Lexmark. Prior to that, she worked for IBM's analyst relations team and META Group, an IT analyst firm. Anna enjoys sailing, red wine and karaoke (in an ironic way, honest).
Paul Everett:Marketing DirectorPaul has been with The Marketing Practice since 2003, before which he was studying for a Master's degree in English Literature at Warwick University and working as a copywriter. His work in this period covered a diverse set of clients including business-to-business magazines, charities and theme parks. Most recently, Paul has been running The Marketing Practice's Marketing Innovation Team, which plans and executes client marketing campaigns. He is still living the blissful life of a newlywed in a sleepy Oxfordshire town, and his perfect day would be spent lying on the grass in the sun, sipping a Mojito and reading the latest issue of Computing magazine.
David van Schaick:Operations DirectorDavid has made a big impact since joining The Marketing Practice in January 2005. Combining a sharp analytical brain - David has a first from York and is a self-confessed former chess boffin - and a natural understanding of the challenges of marketing complex B2B solutions, David has delivered a number of high-profile campaigns across all media. David now heads up the Creative Services team, responsible for all copy, messaging and design across The Marketing Practice and enjoys football, films and reading when he gets a spare moment.
Clive McNamaraChief Executive & Co-founderClive is a founder and Chief Executive of The Marketing Practice, one of the UK's fastest growing marketing services agencies. Educated at Lancaster University (MA Marketing) & Reading University (BSc Physics). Clive has spent the last 16 years working in sales or marketing management positions within IT, most recently as Group Marketing Director for AIT Group plc. Clive's passions are his family, swimming, skiing and rugby.
